To return an item, you will have 7 calendar days from the date you received it or 15 calendar days from the date of purchase, whichever is earlier. You will only be eligible for a return if your item is unused and in the same condition that you received. Your item must be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will deduct the nominal service charges and rest amount will be credited back to the original method of payment, within fifteen business days depending on your card issuer's or bank policies.
